Komika Uus Appointed as Brand Ambassador for Popular Local Fashion Products

Kapanlagi.com - As a comedian who has been active in the entertainment industry in Indonesia, Rizky Firdaus Wijaksana, or better known as Uus, is already well-known. Therefore, he is often offered to be involved in various projects outside of his profession as a comedian.

Most recently, the stand-up comedy graduate was appointed as the brand ambassador for the ERIGO brand. Uus said that this collaboration is a form of his appreciation for original Indonesian products and brands.

"I just want to appreciate local products, but at first impression, I understand the way it's presented and the concept," he said at the ERIGO-X Soft Opening Press Conference, held at the A3000 Creative Compound in Jakarta on Friday (25/3/2022).

Uus added that the brand, which has previously showcased at Fashion Week in New York, has just launched a collection titled Spring/Summer 2022 New York Collection. For Uus himself, the decision is a good step.

On the other hand, Uus also cares deeply about the welfare of the employees of the brand based in Depok, West Java. He hopes that ERIGO can be harmonious and prosperous for its employees.

"Hopefully the employees can be harmonious. I mean, the brand can collapse if the employees want to show off. Sometimes, we hope that this brand can progress. It can progress, but without the employees? The point is, the impact is not only for ERIGO itself, but also for others," said Uus.

Previously, the ERIGO-X clothing line had just released a bold unisex collection, which is part of the individual lifestyle to express themselves. This is represented through the theme of this collection, which is #LIVEASYOUDARE, by launching the Spring/Summer 2022 New York Collection.

Taking inspiration from dynamic urban aesthetics, these elements are presented through materials such as taslan microfiber, stretch-woven, and cotton fleece. These materials are created in various cuts and silhouettes with a chromatic color palette, such as golden green, mauve shadow, zen blue, teal, dark grey, emphasized with neon linings and neon rope details.

Certainly, the presence of this collection displays energy and futurism, as well as conveying a message of freedom to the public.
