Kukuh Wants Rezky Aditya to Acknowledge Kekey as His Biological Child, Wenny Ariani Appeals

Kapanlagi.com - Ferry Aswan, the legal representative of Wenny Ariani, visited the Tangerang District Court on Wednesday (2/9/2022) at around 3:00 PM. His visit was to file an appeal against his client's lawsuit, which was decided by the Tangerang District Court on February 3, 2022.

"Earlier, we just filed an appeal for the previous case. Why are we appealing? Because this issue is not yet resolved because the DNA test has not been granted," said Ferry Aswan after filing the appeal.

In the appeal memorandum, Ferry Aswan stated that the contents of his lawsuit remained the same, namely the request for the recognition of his client's child, Naira Kaemita Tarekat or Kekey, as the biological child of Rezky Aditya.

"Basically, we are still requesting a DNA test. Without a DNA test, the proof of this biological child is unclear," he said.

After registering for an appeal, Ferry Aswan estimates that the High Court Judge will review his appeal application in about three months.

"After registering, there is a process. Selection of judges and so on. Yes, maybe it will take about 3-4 months to get a number for the appeal," said Ferry.

According to Ferry, the appeal is Wenny's struggle as a mother for the welfare of her child.

"The name of a mother's struggle for her child does not know the word tired. She will not give up," said Ferry.

As it is known, the Judge of the Tangerang District Court has made a decision to reject all of Wenny Ariani's lawsuits against Rezky Aditya on February 3, 2022.

Rusdianto hopes that in the High Court, justice can be more favorable to Wenny. He hopes the judge will issue an order to conduct a DNA test.

"I will ask the High Court to review this case and determine a DNA test. Because in the Supreme Court's decision, it creates a norm related to biological relationships that produce children, so technological evidence, scientific evidence, must be used to solve the problem. In this case, through a DNA test," said Rusdianto.

4. Lawsuit Rejected

The Tangerang District Court has decided not to accept or reject the lawsuit filed by Wenny Ariani for an unlawful act. The lawsuit was addressed to actor Rezky Aditya regarding the acknowledgment of a child.

"Decided to reject all claims and the plaintiff is required to pay the basic case fee of IDR 395,000," said the Panel of Judges, Thursday (3/2/2022).

With this decision, Ana asserts that all accusations made by Wenny have not been proven. This includes the claim that Rezky is the biological father of Naira Kaemita Tarekat or Kekey.

"So all the claims made by the plaintiff have been rejected by the panel of judges," she said.
