Legal Counsel Denies the Existence of a Third Person Behind Nindy and Askara's Divorce

Kapanlagi.com - Nindy Ayunda's legal counsel, Herman Y Simarmata, denies the existence of a third party behind the divorce of his client and her husband, Askara Parasady Harsono. According to him, it is just a mere rumor and has not been proven true.

"If there is a third party involved, there is no evidence that is authentic. It's just mere rumors," said Herman Y Simarmata when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (27/1).

1. Because of Domestic Violence

Furthermore, Herman explained that the reason Nindy filed for divorce from Askara was due to Domestic Violence. "The reason for the divorce may be due to differences in opinions, lack of attention from the husband, and the occurrence of domestic violence," he said.

The two of them have been arguing since 2012. The incident of domestic violence occurred in 2020. In fact, Nindy has also filed a police report for alleged domestic violence on December 19, 2020.

"The truth is, the issue has been going on for a long time, since 2011 due to misunderstandings, and the conflict in their marriage occurred in 2012. The serious domestic violence incident happened in 2020, which led to the police report," explained Herman.

2. Not Because of Husband Involved in Drugs

Herman also stated that Nindy's divorce lawsuit has no connection to the drug case currently experienced by Askara.

"Yes, in terms of her husband's current case, there is indeed no relevance, there is no connection," he concluded.
