Revealed the Reason Nindy Ayunda Divorces Her Husband, There is Allegation of Domestic Violence

Kapanlagi.com - Nindy Ayunda has filed for divorce from her husband, Askara Parasady Harsono, at the South Jakarta Religious Court on January 12, 2021. The lawsuit was filed five days after her husband was arrested by the police in a drug case.

Nindy's attorney, Herman Y Simarmata, stated that the reason Nindy filed for divorce from her husband is due to domestic violence.

"Until now, there has been no change. She still wants a divorce. The reasons may include differences in opinions, lack of attention from her husband, and the presence of domestic violence," said Herman Y Simarmata at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (27/1).

1. Domestic Violence Incident in 2020

Herman Y Simarmata explained that the domestic violence incident occurred in 2020. However, they have been having conflicts since 2011.

"The truth is, the issue has been going on for a long time, since 2011 due to misunderstandings, and the turmoil in their household happened in 2012. The occurrence of the fatal domestic violence incident was in 2020, which led to filing a report. Verbally, yes. Physically," he explained.

2. Becomes Lawsuit Material

However, Herman Y Simarmata is unable to explain the domestic violence incident in detail yet. But one thing for sure, it becomes one of the materials for the divorce lawsuit.

"Well, for the occurrence once or several times, we still haven't received accurate information from Nindy. But, like I said before, this is one of the materials for the divorce process," he concluded.
