The beautiful singer Nindy Ayunda, or better known as Nindy, is filing for divorce from Askara Parasady Harsono. Nindy's divorce petition is dated January 12, 2021, after her husband was arrested for drug possession on January 7, 2021.

The lawsuit has been registered in the clerk's office at the South Jakarta Religious Court on January 12, 2021, with case number 203/Pdt.G/2021/PA.JS. Since it was registered electronically through e-Court, it was done online. The case has been registered and the case fee has been paid electronically through e-Court. It is likely that this was done electronically and not in person," said Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, on Wednesday (January 21, 2021).

Taslimah did not directly explain the reason why Nindy filed for divorce from Askara Parasady Harsono. What is clear is that Nindy is requesting custody of their two children, Abhirama Danendra Harsono and Akifa Dhinara Parasady Harsono.

"If the reason is stated, we cannot disclose it yet because it is still in process. So Anindya Yandires Ayunda filed for divorce and custody of the children. Anindya Ayunda has two children, namely Abirama Danendra Harsono, who is nine years old, and Akifa Dina Harsono, who is five years old. She is requesting that the children be under her custody," she said.

First trial of Nindy and her husband is scheduled to take place on January 27, 2021. Tasmilah said that the defendant is required to attend the first trial.

"So, God willing, next week the trial agenda has been scheduled. In divorce cases, both the plaintiff and the defendant are required to attend the first trial," she said.

"Because in the first trial, the principal must be present, they will be advised to mediate in order to reconcile their household. So it is mandatory for the parties involved in the divorce to be present. However, if the plaintiff or defendant cannot attend the trial directly, they can delegate it to their legal representative, but they must have special authorization for mediation," she concluded.
