Nindy Ayunda Files for Divorce Not Because of Drug Case, Not Harmonious Before Arrest

Kapanlagi.com - The marriage between singer Nindy Ayunda and Aksara Parasady Harsono is on the verge of breaking up after Nindy filed for divorce at the South Jakarta Religious Court on January 12, 2021. The marriage that has lasted for the past 9 years seems to be coming to an end.

As it is known, Aksara Parasady Harsono was arrested by the police for drug abuse and illegal firearm possession. However, according to Herman Y Simarmata, Nindy's legal representative, the divorce lawsuit filed by Nindy did not happen because of that.

"No, so basically it is not relevant to Aska's arrest. So before that, there were already principles from Nindy in filing for divorce from her husband. So it has nothing to do with Aska's case," he said when contacted by phone on Wednesday (20/1).

1. Nindy Has Not Opened Up Yet

Nevertheless, Herman admitted that he has not been informed by his client about the issue between them until the decision to separate was made. Nindy has not fully opened up and been willing to share the problems in her household.

"Perhaps at this time, Nindy has not told us much as her legal counsel," he concluded.

2. Filing for Divorce

Previously, it was revealed that the divorce lawsuit filed by Nindy has been registered with the number 230/Pdt.G/2021/PA.JS under the name Anindia Yandirest Ayunda. The lawsuit date is stated as last Tuesday, January 12, 2020.

Nindy Ayunda's filing for divorce is quite surprising. This is because it was done while her husband was in custody.
