Legal Counsel Hopes 6 Parental Assets of Nirina Zubir Can be Recovered, This is What Will Be Done

Kapanlagi.com - The police are still investigating the land mafia case experienced by the family of Nirina Zubir, after previously naming Riri Khasmita, the former domestic worker of the late Cut Indria Marzuki and Nirina Zubir's mother, as a suspect.

Not only Riri Khasmita, but also her husband and PPAT officers, Edrianto and Faridah, have been named as suspects and detained.

There are 6 assets embezzled by Riri Khasmita. Ruben Jeffrey Siregar, the legal counsel for Nirina Zubir's family, asserted that the 4 assets currently pawned to the bank have been blocked.

"In the future, we will continue to try to return these assets to the heirs, in this case Nirina Zubir's family," said Ruben Jeffrey Siregar when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday (11/18).

Ruben Jeffrey Siregar will also coordinate with the National Land Agency (BPN) to handle the six assets of Nirina Zubir's family that were forged by Riri Khasmita.

"We will definitely take care of everything," he said briefly.

In the case of Nirina Zubir, Ruben Jeffrey Siregar stated that BPN has implemented the Computerized Land Activity (KKP) system since 2017, which accommodates validation of the National Identification Number (NIK).

"Meanwhile, in Nirina's case, the NIK listed in the Deed of Sale and Purchase (AJB) is not registered in the Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil). If the NIK is not registered (after validation by BPN), then BPN cannot process the Transfer of Ownership of Nirina's Right to Own (SHM)," he concluded.
