Through the JKT48 Operation Team portal, Letycia Moreen's decision to permanently cease her group activities is the result of discussions between both parties. This final decision is respected by JOT, thus she is officially stated to have left as of May 1, 2025. However, the specific reasons for the star's choice to resign were not mentioned.
"Letycia Moreen from the 12th generation of JKT48 has submitted her resignation from JKT48. After discussions with the relevant parties, management decided to respect this decision. Therefore, effective May 1, 2025, Letycia Moreen from the 12th generation will no longer continue her activities in JKT48." This is a quote from the news released by the management.

Before deleting her personal account on X (formerly Twitter), Letycia Moreen posted a letter addressed to her fans. In the letter, she expressed her apologies and deep gratitude for the love she has received during her time as a member of the 12th generation of JKT48.
"Every support and love you have given, whether through messages, smiles, or your presence at every step of my journey, you have become a great strength for me. You are the reason I have been able to endure and keep moving forward this far." The star born in 2010 stated.
Letycia Moreen also did not forget to convey how important the role of her fans has been throughout her career. Their presence has fueled her passion to continue creating until the very last moments in JKT48.
"Thank you for supporting me all this time, thank you for accepting me as I am. You are not just fans; you are family that I will always keep in my heart." Letycia Moreen continued in her letter.

Even though she must now pursue her own path in life, the former member of the 12th generation, commonly known as Moreen, asked her fans to continue supporting JKT48. She expressed this as a closing statement in the farewell letter she posted last night.
"I ask for your prayers and support always, not just for me, but also for JKT48, which will continue to shine in the future." Wrote Letycia Moreen.
Unfortunately, there are no further details regarding what steps she will take after leaving JKT48. In addition, Letycia Moreen hopes that she and her fans out there can meet again on another occasion someday.
