Lucky Widja Turns Out to Be the One Who Organized the Music Business of Element

Besides being known as a vocalist, the late Lucky Widja actually played a very important role in the management of the band Element. Since deciding to operate independently without a major record label in 2014, Lucky was the one who organized the entire business operations of the band.

Aditya, the guitarist, revealed that the management system currently in place at Element is the result of Lucky's meticulous thinking. The late artist ensured that every aspect, from finances to digital assets, was managed very well.

"Lucky is one, first he is someone who is very organized, maybe if it weren't for Lucky, coincidentally Element since 2014 has been independent, we are no longer under a record company, we have formed our own company," said Aditya at TPU Jeruk Purut, South Jakarta, Monday (26/1/2026).

Thanks to the hard work of Lucky and Arya, Element can continue to survive and compete in the increasingly competitive Indonesian music industry. Lucky thinks a lot about how this band can keep going in the long term, not just for now.

"And one of the things that keeps the business wheel of Element running and able to survive until today is one of them Luki along with Arya who created a management system so that digitally it is organized, financially it is organized, and assets can also be maintained," said Aditya.

Luki's concern for the band's continuity shows how deeply the late member felt a sense of belonging to Element. He never thought of his own interests, but always prioritized togetherness.

"For us, he is someone who not only thinks of himself but what he does is truly dedicated to togetherness, what can we create for Element not just today but for several years to come," said Aditya.

Even when the music industry shifted towards digital, Lucky was the one at the forefront ensuring that Element could keep up with the trend. That spirit is now a valuable legacy for his friends.

"In fact, ever since Luki went digital because now it’s the digital era, Element has become more organized. That spirit is what ultimately drives us to create something that makes Element possibly exist until today, one of the factors that maintains it is Luki," concluded Aditya.
