Luna Maya Reveals She Once Wanted to Commit Suicide Because of Being Bullied by Netizens: It Feels Like Wanting to Die

Kapanlagi.com - Luna Maya apparently experienced severe depression due to the problems she had faced, to the point that the 37-year-old artist wanted to end her life. This was revealed when Eko Patrio directly asked Luna through the Sikopat channel on Wednesday (7/10).

"At that time (in 2010), it felt like wanting to die because of being insulted, bullied, and considered as nothing. Why are people like this? I had those thoughts," Luna Maya said when asked by Eko Patrio.

Because of enduring endless bullying, it made her contemplate suicide. After that, when asked further, it turns out Luna was able to get through that period by ignoring the insults from netizens at that time.

"Well, I eventually tried to go through it, of course, the first three months to a year felt the heaviest, to the point of running away, isolating myself in a place," Luna Maya said.

Because of Luna Maya's story, Eko Patrio finally concluded the life cycle or career of a woman who was desired in her time.

"In the 2000s, Luna was highly praised, then in 2010 she faced serious problems and in 2020 it ended with a happy ending, they say you're going to get married?" Eko Patrio asked.

2. Asking for Prayers

Immediately, Luna Maya responded to Eko Patrio's statement. With her casual and sweet smile, Luna Maya only asked for prayers that the news would come true and go smoothly until its implementation.

"Just pray, let's see what the future holds," Luna Maya concluded.
