Marissa Anita Once Experienced Depression and Recovered Through Mindfulness, Tidying Up Can Also Bring Peace

Marissa Anita is now widely talked about after filing for divorce from her husband, Andrew Trigg. She has become the center of attention, and an old video where Marissa shared her personal experiences about her journey to recover from dark times in her life is being discussed again. In an honest and warm statement, Marissa revealed that she had been at a very low point.

Marissa revealed that she once went through a very dark time. "I was once depressed. Five years ago, there were days when I cried without understanding why. I also felt hopeless and thought about ending everything."

Marissa mentioned that what she experienced was largely rooted in her childhood. "The roots of suffering, childhood trauma that carried into adulthood." But now, she is in a more stable place. "Now, I am still here, feeling better."

One of the processes that helped her recover is mindfulness. Marissa explained, "Mindfulness is awareness and full attention to what is happening within ourselves and what we are doing."

This FEMALE ACTRESS OF THE DAMNED LAND states that many people live unconsciously because their thoughts keep running to anxiety. "Our body is here, but our mind is running everywhere. When we let this anxiety dominate, we suffer." Through mindfulness, she learned to rediscover tranquility. "We can take a break from anxiety and feel more peaceful by taking time to be mindful."

Mindfulness also helps Marissa to return to the present moment and not easily react to the surrounding situations. "Bringing our mind and body together creates a more peaceful mental state. When we are mindful, we are no longer overly reactive. So we are never provoked, angry, or anxious."

She practices it through sitting meditation, observing the breath, and accepting thoughts that come without judgment. "Allow. And just observe these thoughts without evaluating... After that, surrender. Let go."

Marissa also engages in walking meditation, mindful eating, and mindfulness while tidying up the house. All of this helps her to know herself more deeply. "The more I get to know myself, my thoughts, my heart, and my life become calmer."

For her, mindfulness is a way to gently face inner wounds. "With mindfulness, we can acknowledge our suffering and learn how to cope with it... find the root, and ultimately, let go."

<nil>

For her, mindfulness is a skill that must be honed. "Mindfulness is like a muscle. It really needs to be trained every day."

Marissa hopes that others can also feel the same peace. "Always take time to return to yourself. To avoid anxiety and heal inner wounds. With mindfulness, may you also feel the same tranquility."
