Currently, Maruli Tampubolon has been entrusted by the State to serve as the Head of Legal and Legislation Division of KKIP. He is not hesitant to declare his readiness to provide Darma Bakti to the State and states that this is an honorable duty.

Based on the Decree of the Daily Chairman, Maruli Tampubolon was appointed as the Head of Legal and Legislation Division of KKIP. The inauguration and oath-taking ceremony was directly led by the Ceremony Inspector, who is the Chairman of the Daily Implementation Team of KKIP, Lieutenant General (Ret.) Johannes Suryo Prabowo. The inauguration was held on Wednesday (14/6), at the KKIP Office, Central Jakarta.

2. Main Duties

According to the KKIP Secretariat's website, the inauguration was carried out based on the Decree of the Minister of Defense as the Daily Chairman of KKIP Number KEP/108/KKIP/VI/2021 of 2021 regarding the Appointment of the Head of Division, which was determined on June 17, 2021.

"The main duty of the Head of Legal and Legislation Division of KKIP is to prepare, synchronize, and harmonize legislation and agreements, as well as resolve legal issues related to the Defense Industry Policy Committee," he concluded.
