Purwandi said that previously, his sister was treated at Harapan Kita Hospital, West Jakarta. The deceased did have a history of heart and kidney disease, leading to kidney failure.

"I sincerely accept her as she is, she is very kind and very strong. She fought with her illness for 10 years," said Purwandi.

Lastly, Purwandi expressed his deep gratitude to Luna Maya. Moreover, the artist was willing to take care of his sister at her house until she passed away after two nights.
