Michael Yukinobu de Fretes Responds to Police Summons Regarding Gisella Anastasia's Hot Video, Wearing a White Shirt

Kapanlagi.com - Michael Yukinobu de Fretes, also known as Nobu, responded to the summons from the Jakarta Metro Police to undergo a Police Examination Report (BAP) as a suspect in the case of a sex video with artist Gisella Anastasia, on Monday (4/1/2021).

Wearing a white shirt paired with brown pants, Nobu arrived at the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus) of the Jakarta Metro Police at around 10:15 AM.

1. Covid-19 Test

A man who enjoys sports is accompanied by several people suspected to be his legal representatives.

Shortly before undergoing examination, Nobu and his legal representatives were seen taking a Covid-19 test in one of the rooms.

2. Becoming a Suspect

As known, Gisel and Nobu have been named as suspects after Gisel admitted to being the performer in the obscene video that circulated in society with Nobu.

3. Facing a Maximum Prison Sentence of 12 Years

Gisel and Nobu are charged with Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 8 of Law Number 44 concerning Pornography.

The punishment for Gisel and Nobu is a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 years in prison.
