Misappropriation of Company Funds as the Cause of Tiko Aryawardhana's Divorce from His Previous Wife?

Kapanlagi.com - Tiko Aryawardhana was reported by his ex-wife, AW alias Arina Winarto, to the South Jakarta Metro Police on July 23, 2022. The report regarding the alleged misappropriation of company funds finally entered the investigation process in February 2024.

The period from the report to the investigation took two years. Nevertheless, AW hopes to find clarity regarding the issue at hand.

"Since this is still an allegation, AW wants the police to examine this case clearly. It means whether there is a violation that must be legally processed in Indonesia or not," said Leo Siregar, AW's legal representative, via Zoom on Tuesday (4/6/2024).

The figure of Tiko Aryawardhana has become a public discussion after marrying singer Bunga Citra Lestari. So, is it true that he divorced AW because of this alleged embezzlement case?

"I am not a lawyer handling AW and TA's divorce case. But I have confirmed that no, it is not related to this," said Leo Siregar.

2. Waiting for Further Developments

The embezzlement case has entered the investigation stage. AW hopes that the police can quickly handle the report that has been ongoing for two years.

"We just have to wait for the police's next actions. After this case is escalated, the police should have agendas that we are confident the police will be objective, transparent, and view this case openly," said Leo Siregar.
