Mpok Nori's Granddaughter Becomes a Murder Victim by Her Ex-Husband

Kapanlagi.com - Dewhinta Anggary, granddaughter of the legendary Betawi artist Mpok Nori, passed away at the age of 36. Dewhinta was found dead in a pool of blood in her rental in the Bambu Apus area, Cipayung, East Jakarta, on Saturday (21/3/2026) early morning.

Police immediately arrived at the scene to conduct further investigation. From the results of the crime scene investigation conducted by the East Jakarta Metro Police Identification team, it was found that there were wounds on the victim's neck that were suspected to be caused by slashing.

This tragic event first came to light around 03:00 WIB. At that time, the victim's mother, with the initial B, went to the rented house located on Jalan Daman I.

However, upon arrival at the location, the house door was found locked from the inside. She then asked her child, ADC, to help open the door. After successfully entering the house, the victim was found lifeless.

"Then I saw DA already dead on the floor with blood dried on the floor and the mattress had dried blood," she said.

Dewhinta Anggary is known to be the murder victim of her ex-common-law husband with the initial F, who is a citizen of Iraq. From the investigation, F was seen around the location a day before the incident. He was observed walking in the alley wearing a green t-shirt and shorts.

Another witness also saw F praying subuh at Al Ikhlas Mosque, Bambu Apus, on Friday, March 20, 2026. F has been arrested in the Cikupa area, Tanggerang, Banten.

"The suspect has been caught,” said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Pol Alfian Nurrizal in his statement, Sunday (22/3/2026).

3. Alleged Motive for the Murder of Dewhinta Anggary

Police Commissioner Alfian Nurrizal revealed the alleged motive behind the murder. This tragic act was triggered by personal issues. The victim reportedly wanted to end the relationship, but this desire was rejected by the perpetrator.

Furthermore, the murder is believed to have occurred on Thursday night, March 19, 2026. Meanwhile, the victim's body was found two days later, specifically on Saturday morning, March 21, 2026. For his actions, the perpetrator is charged under Article 458 subsidiary to Article 468 of the Criminal Code.

"Article 458 subsidiary to Article 468 of the Criminal Code," emphasized Alfian.
