The court confirmed that the lawsuit filed by Wina's legal representative has been registered. The lawsuit only contains a request for divorce, nothing else.
"The lawsuit filed by Wina against Erdian Aji Prihartanto has been registered. It's only a divorce lawsuit," said Dadang Karim, the spokesperson for the Cibinong Religious Court, when met at his office.
When asked about the reasons why Wina Natalia filed for divorce, the court refused to discuss further. Because it has entered the court case.
"Yes, the reason for the lawsuit has entered the realm of the court so we cannot disclose it yet. Later, when the trial is held, it will be revealed," added Dadang Karim.
Furthermore, the Cibinong Religious Court does not yet know when the first trial will be held because the lawsuit has just been filed. However, in the mediation, the Panel of Judges will attempt reconciliation.
"Maybe tomorrow it will be known who the panel of judges is and when the trial will be. According to regulations, the first trial of the court must seek reconciliation. If both parties come, not only reconciliation, but mediation will continue," said Dadang Karim.
