Nana Mirdad Reveals Condition of Her House After Bali Was Hit by Floods, Concerned About This

Actress Nana Mirdad recently revealed the condition of her house through a post on Instagram Stories after Bali was drenched by heavy rain and even experienced flooding. Although located by the river, Nana stated that her house is safe from the flood's onslaught. She explained her current situation.

Bali has been experiencing prolonged rain leading to floods in various places, this situation prompted Nana Mirdad to convey her current condition.

In an IG story post (10/9), Nana expressed her sadness over the current condition of Bali. Many people have been asking about her situation, and she mentioned that her house is safe. Although the river water had risen, it did not overflow into her house.

However, Nana also shared that the strong currents caused damage to the structure of her house's walls. One wall that collapsed due to the flood ultimately took part of the land that served as the final resting place for Kodi, her deceased pet dog. This moment was very emotionally draining for Nana, even causing her to shed tears that morning.

At first, she did not expect that the situation in Bali would be this severe. However, because the rain did not stop, it caused the river to overflow and ultimately led to flooding. Nana Mirdad also expressed further concerns as the environmental conditions around her have been worsening for the past two years.

"I'm not a geologist, meteorologist, or environmental expert, but could this possibly be related to our failure in managing waste in Bali and also overdevelopment & poor infrastructure?" Nana expressed her concerns.

She urged that this situation serves as a reminder that extreme weather changes can occur suddenly and without warning, and she called on all parties to maintain preparedness and prevent similar incidents from happening again.

She does not want to blame anyone, but there is a particular fear regarding the condition and readiness of Bali if it faces worse weather in the future.
