However, the highlight of this issue is the salary offered which is not proportional to the amount of tasks. Cleo opened a job vacancy for a domestic assistant with a salary of Rp1.7 million, but it will be held for 3 months and will be paid on the 4th month. Meanwhile, the tasks given actually include work as a domestic assistant and a baby sitter.

Cleo refers to herself as 'mami' while explaining in more detail about the ART job vacancy that is currently being discussed by the public with criticism. Panji Pradhana Ramadhan's wife highlighted several points that were criticized by netizens.

In a YouTube video titled 'Clarification of the viral FB status', Cleo discusses the amount of salary she will provide, the task of taking care of children, and the suspension of salary for three months. Unfortunately, Cleo's clarification, a former member of JKT48, was not well received by netizens. Instead, she was considered to be only defending herself.

Being widely discussed by netizens, this mother of three children confirms that she is the one who created the job vacancy. In fact, Cleo even emphasized that her social media account was not hacked at all. The ART job vacancy was indeed created by her.

"This is indeed mami's Facebook account, it was not hacked, and it was mami who made the status. But what I want to explain here is the issue that you commented on, namely the salary, the ART job, and also taking care of children or babysitting," she said while showing her post on Facebook.

Netizens' criticism of the job vacancy created by Cleo centers around the unbalanced salary compared to the amount of tasks. Cleo clarifies the salary she has determined. According to Cleo, the salary she will give does not yet include bonuses and other allowances.

"So, I want to say that the salary stated here, Rp1.7 million, does not include pocket money or bonuses that I usually give when I get a job and go out. For example, leaving the children, I will definitely get pocket money," she explained.

"So, this Rp1.7 million is not the net salary. On top of that, this Rp1.7 million will actually increase every 6 months," she continued.

Discussing the next issue, Cleo also clarified the issue of the task of taking care of children. She denied that the domestic help's task of taking care of her children would be carried out for 24 hours. The former JKT48 member revealed that the task is not done every day. However, only when she is working outside the house.

"Here, you also said that the salary is Rp1.7 million but it includes taking care of the children. Taking care of the children is not every day, not 24 hours, only when mommy is working. Mommy's work is not every day, only when there is a job. If there is no job, the children are with mommy," she explained.

"For example, when I want to go to work, that's when I leave the children. They are not all given to the domestic help. Because there is still family, father, mother, husband. So, sometimes my two children are with their father, mother, or husband," she added.

5. Three-Month Deferred Salary

Furthermore, Cleo clarified that the deferred salary for three months is not entirely withheld and will be fully paid in the fourth month.

"We gave two options. Either withhold Rp1 million or Rp700 thousand. But in the fourth month, everything will definitely be paid," she said.

"Because I am very happy to see people experience or directly witness the fruits of their hard work," she added.

Clarifying the viral issue of her domestic worker job vacancy, Cleo apparently is still being criticized by netizens. Negative comments from netizens still flood Cleo's clarification video.

"SHE IS DEFENDING HERSELF, the fact is that the domestic worker stayed for almost 24 hours, taking care of the child all day, sweeping, mopping, cooking, cleaning, and so on. ESPECIALLY WITH ONLY 1.7 MILLION IDR SALARY in Jakarta, it is very inhumane!!! She said the salary will increase in 6 months, which was not written in her Facebook post, it's just a defense," wrote a netizen.

"Seeing the huge effort's results, I laughed hearing these words, even if the salary is 1.7 million for 3 months, it's not much compared to the effort, Cleo. It's a joke," continued another netizen.

"Although knowing that a domestic worker and a babysitter are different, they are combined with an inadequate salary + being withheld. It's impossible to take care of the child for 24 hours because the requirement is written that they must stay overnight, so whenever needed, they will be there.
