Nikita Mirzani Requested to Seek Treatment After Hearing, Judge Issues Details and Official Ruling

The panel of judges at the South Jakarta District Court, Khairul Soleh, officially issued a ruling to grant permission for the defendant Nikita Mirzani.

This decision was read directly by the Chief Judge after considering Nikita's health condition that required specialist treatment during the hearing held on Thursday (7/8/2025).

In the ruling numbered 362/Pid.Sus/2025/PN South Jakarta, the panel of judges detailed the basis and specifics of the permission granted.

"Considering that based on the aforementioned documents, it has been established that the defendant Nikita Mirzani is suffering from an illness that requires examination by a specialist in neurology and internal medicine," said the Chief Judge.

The ruling specifically grants permission to Nikita Mirzani to temporarily leave the Pondok Bambu State Detention Center (Rutan).

"Granting permission to the defendant Nikita Mirzani to undergo examination at Adhyaksa Hospital on Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM WIB," said the Chief Judge.

This stipulation also contains a clear order that after completing the examination and treatment, Nikita must immediately return to the detention center.

To ensure this process runs smoothly and safely, the panel of judges ordered the Public Prosecutor (JPU) with the assistance of law enforcement to provide tight escort while Nikita is outside the detention center.

The Chief Judge also advised that this decision should not be misunderstood by any party, including Nikita herself. "To the defendant, legal counsel, and public prosecutor, please pay attention to the defendant, do not misunderstand later," he said.
