Nikita Mirzani Reveals Her Desire for Dipo Latief to Go to Jail, Here's the Reason

Kapanlagi.com - The conflict between Nikita Mirzani and her ex-husband named Dipo Latief has become public consumption again. It all started with Dipo, out of the blue, filing a pre-trial hearing to the South Jakarta District Court.

As previously reported, Dipo had reported Nikita to the South Jakarta Metro Police with allegations of embezzlement in 2018. However, after the process, the police stopped the report, so Dipo recently filed a pre-trial hearing.

Nikita, who had lived peacefully for a year, was clearly disturbed. In response, she reported Dipo for child neglect resulting from their relationship named Arkana Mawardi.

"Niki, actually if she doesn't cause trouble, she's relaxed and can do whatever she wants. Her money and Niki's money, Niki has more money, not to be arrogant. But because she's relaxed, she's peaceful, and she's disturbed, she must respond. Now Niki reports him for child neglect, so he has to face it," said Nikita when met in the Gunawarman area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (7/9/2021).

1. Reasons Why Dipo Latief Wants to Go to Jail

Dipo Latief himself was confused as to why he was reported by Nikita Mirzani. However, Nikita's lawyer, Fahmi Bachmid, has an article that allows Dipo to be prosecuted for neglecting Arkana Mawardi.

"The court decided that he must provide financial support to his son named Arkana Mawardi. It may seem trivial, but until now it has not been paid monthly. He has an obligation to support his child. Based on this decision, I reported him to the South Jakarta Police about child neglect. There is a legal precedent, even though the child is not abandoned because he is taken care of by Nikita, but because he is not given spiritual sustenance by his father, it can be called neglect," said Fahmi on the same occasion.

Nikita herself has strong reasons why Dipo Latief should be imprisoned. Namely, so that Dipo can experience what Nikita had experienced before when she was in prison based on her ex-husband's false report.

"I want him to experience being in jail, that's my target. I've been quiet, but now he's causing trouble again, so it's normal for me to be emotional. That's why I want him to feel what he did to me back then. I don't care, he just has to go in," Nikita said firmly.
