When asked about those heated moments, Nikita Mirzani gave a rather relaxed answer. She admitted that her emotional dynamics in court greatly depended on the attitude shown by the prosecutor.

"Well, with the prosecutor, it's usually like this, if he gets emotional, I get emotional. If he is silent, I am silent. That's basically it," she said when met after the trial at the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday (25/9/2025).

This attitude shows that Nikita will not remain silent if she feels cornered or treated unfairly by the prosecutor. She is ready to 'respond' to every argument thrown at her.

Although often involved in 'emotional disputes', Nikita claims to remain optimistic about the trial proceedings. She hopes the panel of judges can see the case objectively, regardless of the dynamics that occur between her and the prosecutor.

"The trial next week will be about expert witnesses again, after that, it will be the examination of the defendant," she concluded.
