Nikita Mirzani's Attorney Confident Extortion Allegations Will Not Be Proven, There Are Key Elements That Remain Secret

Nikita Mirzani's lawyer, Fahmi Bachmid, asserted his confidence in the strength of the evidence held by his client. He believes that the extortion charges from Reza Gladys will not be proven in court.

Fahmi stated that the facts gathered by his team are sufficient to address the allegations. He emphasized this after visiting Nikita at the Pondok Bambu detention center.

"I am confident based on the facts we have found, I believe that what is suspected to be an act of extortion (against Dr. Reza Gladys) is true," said Fahmi Bachmid, Nikita Mirzani's lawyer, when met at the Pondok Bambu detention center recently.

"God willing, it cannot possibly be proven in court. That is our belief," Fahmi added. He revealed that there is a key element in this case that has not yet been disclosed to the public. He believes that this element could be decisive in the defense of Nikita.

"Because there are several elements that I do not need to disclose, and they are key to this issue. God willing, it will be like that," said Fahmi.

"Extortion has its elements that I do not need to explain, those elements are very important; if I explain them now, it won't be as interesting later in the trial," said Fahmi Bachmid.

Currently, the case is still at the evidentiary stage in court. Therefore, all accusations are still considered not final and are awaiting the trial results.

"So this is part of the journey of this legal process and it must be gone through. It must be carried out by Nikita Mirzani and Ismail Marzuki," Fahmi stated.

"Yes, it will be proven later. Just prove it. Because what is called suspicion, what is called a report of suspicion, an indictment is something that is still not final, so it still needs to be proven," Fahmi concluded.
