Nita Thalia Divorce Lawsuit, Her Husband Finally Speaks Up and Files for Divorce First

The divorce trial is currently underway, where mediation between the two parties has been declared unsuccessful. This means that there is no agreement for them to consider this divorce. If Nita has been the one speaking all this time, now it's Nurdin, the husband, who speaks up.

"Failed, mediation failed. Because there is no agreement," said Nurdin when met at the North Jakarta Religious Court, Tuesday (13/10).

1. No Longer Compatible

Although the details of the issues between both parties are not known, Nurdin asserts that there is no involvement of a third or fourth person in their relationship. As known, for the past 20 years, Nita has been the second wife of Nurdin.

"Well, we just aren't compatible anymore. You can ask Nita herself. There is no (third person). Actually, there is no problem. Maybe Nita and I are just not compatible anymore. That's the essence," Nurdin continued.

2. Not Arguing Over Child Custody

Both Nurdin and Nita apparently do not want this divorce to be complicated. The discussion between them has not yet included the division of assets and child custody.

"There are no (demands from Nita), it's not relevant. (Child custody) is free, the child can choose for themselves," he concluded.

3. File for Divorce First

Interestingly, it turns out that before being sued, Nudin had already filed for divorce. However, due to difficulties with the online registration system, Nita's lawsuit was accepted first.

"At first, I filed for divorce, but because there was a problem with my online lawsuit, she ended up filing first. So the system here, mine hasn't been received yet. Even though we have registered and paid," said Nurdin.
