20 Years as a Second Wife, Nita Thalia Files for Divorce from Her Husband

Kapanlagi.com - Sexy dangdut singer, Nita Thalia is reportedly filing for divorce from her husband whom she has been married to for 20 years. The divorce lawsuit has been confirmed by Agus Abdullah, the spokesperson of the North Jakarta Religious Court. 

"According to our knowledge, the divorce lawsuit filed by Nita Thalia and Nurdin Rudythia has been registered since September 25, 2020," said Agus. 

1. The First Hearing Has Been Held

Agus continued, the divorce case of Nita Thalia and Nurdin Rudythia has entered the trial phase. Apparently, the first hearing was held on October 6, 2020.  

"Alhamdulillah according to the information we received, the case of Ms. Nita and Mr. Nurdin has been brought to the first hearing on Tuesday, October 6, 2020," said Agus.  

2. Hearing Postponed

However, the first hearing had to be postponed because the husband was only represented by his legal counsel. The hearing will be rescheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday (13/10/2020).  

"The agenda of the first hearing was to have all parties involved present, and alhamdulillah, on Tuesday, October 6, Ms. Nita was accompanied by her legal counsel in the trial, while her husband was represented by his legal counsel, so the hearing was postponed for the second time, which is Tuesday, October 13, with the agenda to have the defendant's principal, Ms. Nita's husband, present," explained Agus.
