Generous and Not Fussy, Inul Daratista's Employee Enjoys Working for 20 Years

She tells the story of one of her favorite Make Up Artists (MUA), Mas Jaya. This person has been loyal to Inul for 18 years.

"Mas Jaya, my makeup artist, has been with me for 18 years as a good listener and never gossiping. He can keep all my life stories, even my hardships, and we enjoy it with sincere sincerity," wrote this mother of one.

2. Enjoying Work

Not only Mas Jaya, but other assistants of Inul also enjoy working with her. They can stay as assistants to this East Javanese singer for 10 to 20 years.

"From domestic helpers to employees, they are all happy to be with me. Some have been with me for 20 years, while others have been married for a maximum of 10 years, and some even for 15 years. Wow, thank you very much," she continued.

3. Not Stingy

According to Inul, if her employees can stay that long, it means she is not stingy and not fussy.

"If they can last (working with Inul) it means the employer is not fussy, not stingy, does not discriminate, does not keep a distance, we are all family," wrote this woman who loves yoga.

4. Setting a Good Example

She also revealed that she does not differentiate food for her assistants. "If it's tempeh, everyone eats tempeh. If it's chocolate, everyone eats chocolate. That's how it is. Let's follow this good example," Inul concluded.
