No Forgiveness! Ahmad Dhani's Portrait States He Will Report Psychologist Lita Gading Who Allegedly Injured His Daughter Psychologically

Ahmad Dhani is back in the spotlight after taking a firm stance regarding the alleged psychological abuse experienced by his daughter from Mulan Jameela, SA. The senior musician chose to close the lines of communication with Lita Gading and hand over the case to the legal route.

"Many of them have low education, and we forgive that. But if they claim to be psychiatrists or psychologists, there is no forgiveness," said Dhani when met at the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) office on Wednesday (9/7/2025).

This legal action taken by Dhani is not merely because he feels offended, but rather because he wants to give a deterrent effect to the perpetrator and a warning to the digital community. He believes that social media has become too free and vulnerable to being used to hurt others, including children.

"This is a lesson for society so that we, who are more educated than them, must protect children from violence against children, both psychological and physical," he said.

Dhani also admitted to being worried about the condition of Indonesian netizens today, especially in responding to sensitive issues related to children. He feels that many comments on social media do not show empathy at all.

"I am more concerned about the impact on Indonesia in the future. It turns out that the people, our society, especially netizens, many of them do not understand, do not know, or do not have a conscience," said the frontman of Dewa 19.

According to him, common sense should be enough to limit actions that hurt children, even without needing to read the law. He questioned why there are still many who bully young children as if without any sense of guilt.

"If a person has a conscience, at least they don't need to read the law to know that it seems wrong to bully young children, but still many do it. So sometimes we are confused," he said.

On that basis, Dhani's arrival at KPAI represents a serious response to violence against children. He emphasized that his side will continue to pursue legal processes so that the perpetrators can be prosecuted according to the applicable regulations.

"So, our arrival here is to ensure that bullying against young children, minors, must not happen again. Hopefully, this case can deter netizens, with the incident, we will imprison those who have violated the Child Rights Law," explained Mulan Jameela's husband.

Nevertheless, Dhani stated that he would not take issue with netizens who make harsh comments if they come from a low educational background. However, he took a different stance towards Lita Gading, whom he referred to as claiming to be a psychiatrist and psychologist.

"There is no (forgiveness). Because he has already claimed to be a psychiatrist, psychologist, that's his fate. If the netizens have low education, then we forgive them," Dhani emphasized.

He mentioned that he has identified several netizen accounts that participated in commenting and has even received apologies from some of them. However, specifically for Lita, he believes there should be legal consequences.

"We have contacted some, we have identified them, and many have apologized. We see TKW (Indonesian migrant workers), okay, we forgive them. Many of them indeed have low education, so we forgive them. But if they claim to be a psychiatrist, psychologist, there is no (forgiveness)," he said again.

The official report against Lita Gading is planned to be filed by Dhani at the Metro Jaya Police on Friday, July 11, 2025. He hopes this action can serve as a lesson for all parties to be more prudent in speaking, especially when it concerns children.
