No Gono-Gini Assets, Teuku Ryan Must Provide Maintenance for Moana Until Adulthood

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Ria Ricis officially divorced from Teuku Ryan after her lawsuit was granted by the Panel of Judges of the South Jakarta Religious Court.

South Jakarta Religious Court spokesperson, Taslimah, said that there was no dispute over gono-gini assets in the decision.

"There is none (gono-gini assets)," said Taslimah at her office on Friday (3/5).

1. Support for Moana Until Adulthood

In addition to granting the divorce lawsuit, the Panel of Judges also granted custody of the child to Ria Ricis. However, Ria Ricis does not restrict Teuku Ryan's access to meet their child.

"The child of the plaintiff and defendant is under the care of the plaintiff. Provided that the defendant is not hindered from expressing affection towards the child," said Taslimah.

"And punishing the defendant to pay for the child's expenses until they reach adulthood and independence," she continued.

2. IDR 10 Million Per Month

Then, in the verdict, Teuku Ryan is obligated to provide support for the child until they reach adulthood and independence, amounting to IDR 10 million per month.

"Yes, there is a specific amount, which is IDR 10 million per month," Taslimah concluded.

As known, Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan got married on November 12, 2021, at a hotel in South Jakarta and have a daughter named Cut Raifa Aramoana or known as Moana.

Then, Ricis filed for divorce from Teuku Ryan on January 30, 2024, with three demands, namely divorce, custody of the child, and child support.
