No Longer Salvageable, Anji and Wina Natalia Officially Divorced

Kapanlagi.com - It seems that the marriage of Anji and Wina Natalia can no longer be saved. Today, Thursday (18/7), the judge of the Religious Court (PA) Cibinong has granted Wina Natalia's divorce lawsuit against Anji.

The spokesperson of PA Cibinong, Dadang Karim, revealed this. In addition to granting the divorce lawsuit, custody of the child is also given to Wina Natalia.

1. Iddah and Mut'ah Maintenance

Afterwards, the judge also granted the points regarding Iddah and Mut'ah maintenance that must be fulfilled by Anji.

"Basically, the judge granted the plaintiff's lawsuit and issued a divorce decree against the defendant Erdian Aji Prihartanto, the plaintiff Wina Natalia. So, it means that the divorce requested by Wina Natalia is granted by the Judge," said Dadang Karim.

"Then, other matters have been agreed upon by the plaintiff and defendant through mediation, which then became a court decision regarding child expenses. It becomes the obligation of the defendant as the father to pay," he continued.

2. Anji Must Fulfill Wina's Rights

Dadan also said that Anji must fulfill Wina's rights as a divorced wife. It is an obligation for Anji to be paid to the plaintiff.

"Then also the plaintiff's rights as a divorced wife in the form of maintenance during iddah, mut'ah," he said.

"Or gifts have been determined as Anji's obligation to be paid to the plaintiff Wina," he added.

3. The Beginning of Divorce

For information, Wina Natalia, through her legal representative, has filed for divorce at the Cibinong Religious Court on Tuesday (21/5). Celebrity couple Wina Natalia and Anji got married on July 13, 2012, and they have two children from their marriage.
