Catherine Wilson recently had to undergo a curettage operation due to thickening of the uterine wall. Therefore, the woman who is familiarly called Keket also felt scared. The operation had to be done as soon as possible while her husband, Idham Mase, could not accompany her as he was still out of town.
Therefore, Keket planned to postpone the operation. "I called my husband, asking 'What should I do? I want to wait for you to come,' but my husband still had work," said Catherine Wilson when met in Saharjo, South Jakarta, on Thursday (23/2).
"'The sick person's name should not be waited for,' my husband said, 'It's better to get treated immediately.' My husband was right. Well, I'm afraid there won't be anyone accompanying me,' she continued.
Even without the presence of her husband, Keket felt fortunate to be accompanied by her family. Even her friends also came to give her support.
"But Alhamdulillah, I was accompanied by my mother, my sister, my family, and friends. They came to support me, so I strengthened myself to get better," she said.
Unable to be present physically, Keket added that her husband actually provided moral support through video call. Idham also prayed for the success of his wife's surgery.
The operation went smoothly without any obstacles. In fact, she plans to undergo a pregnancy program to conceive a child.
"Yes. That's what I want. Considering that I haven't had any children yet, and also considering my age, I want to start the program quickly," said Catherine Wilson.
"Let's try the natural way first, but since we want something, we will definitely try. Please pray that it will happen quickly, that I can get pregnant right after this," she concluded.
