Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial of Lulu Tobing and Bani Maulana Mulia was held again at the Central Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday (22/6). In the trial, which was scheduled to hear the mediation results, Bani Maulana and his legal counsel as well as Lulu Tobing's legal counsel were present.
"The agenda is to hear the mediation results. The plaintiff's party, Lulu Tobing, was only attended by her legal counsel. Meanwhile, Bani Maulana attended the trial alone," said Haerudin, the spokesperson for the Central Jakarta Religious Court.
As previously known, Lulu Tobing surprised the public with news that she had filed for divorce from her husband. However, during their marriage, their life seemed peaceful and fine.
Furthermore, in her lawsuit, Lulu Tobing only requested a divorce. She did not include the issue of Gono Gini's assets in her lawsuit.
"Throughout the lawsuit, there is no mention of the issue of Gono Gini's assets," said Haerudin.
However, during the trial process, Lulu Tobing requested alimony amounting to Rp 50 million. This matter has been agreed upon by the defendant, Bani Maulana.
"The mediation results state that there is an obligation from the defendant to provide alimony during the examination of the case. The amount is around 50 million during the examination of the case. That is the agreement they reached in mediation. It will not continue (once the trial is finished)," he concluded.
