Regret Marrying Aliff Alli, Aska Ongi Happy Request for Marriage Validation and Divorce Denied

Kapanlagi.com - Aliff Alli's request for marriage validation and divorce lawsuit against Aska Ongi was not granted by the panel of judges at the Central Jakarta Religious Court. This is stated in the decision announced by the judge through the eCourt system on Wednesday (16/6).

This news was conveyed by Aska Ongi's legal representative, Feriyawansyah. According to him, Aliff's request for marriage validation and divorce lawsuit was rejected in its entirety.

"With the complete rejection, they are not accepted in terms of the marriage validation request, the divorce, and also the custody of their child," said Feriyawansyah in Senayan City, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (16/6/2021).

"Finally, as a result of their lies being exposed, a decision is made, which explains a truth that is genuine. Based on legal facts, which we have proven in court, and that makes the judge have no doubt in deciding the case," he added.

1. Aska Ongi Happy

Aska Ongi himself feels tired because Aliff Alli doesn't stop bothering his life. That statement is quite reasonable because for months he had to undergo a trial that took up a lot of time and money.

Upon hearing the decision of the judge panel of the Central Jakarta Religious Court, of course, Aska feels happy. Moreover, Aska Ongi himself doesn't want to legalize his marriage with Aliff Alli.

"Yes, I'm happy because it should be rejected, because an Islamic marriage must be mutually agreed upon, while I no longer want it, he always forces the marriage," he said.

2. Regret Marrying Aliff Alli

Previously, Aska Ongi revealed a moment when he showed a photo of Aliff Alli's face to his child. At that time, he mentioned that his child didn't recognize and didn't want to see his father's face.

Aska admitted that he regrets marrying Aliff. However, he doesn't want to dwell in that regret. What's clear is that after this problem is resolved, he wants to start a new chapter.

"There is regret, but I have to accept fate, have to move on, have to keep going because life is still long," Aska Ongi concluded.
