Ongoing, Divorce Trial of Bams ex Samsons and Mikhavita Wijaya Held via E Court and Closed

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial of Bambang Reguna Bukit, also known as Bams ex Samsons, and his wife, Mikhavita Wijaya, continues at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (15/6/2021).

The trial, which is being held online, is scheduled for replication. Due to being held online, neither Bams nor Mikhavita Wijaya attended the South Jakarta District Court.

"Today is the replication, the e-court deadline is at 15.00. We need to inform you that this case is a divorce case, and the trial is closed. So we can only inform you of the trial agenda," said Suharno, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta District Court, on Tuesday (15/6/2021).

"It should be known that civil case 354 is a divorce case, in which the trial is conducted through e-court. So people don't have to come to the office, it's done through e-court," Suharno added.

Suharno said that he couldn't directly provide information about the recently held online hearing.

"Yes, we need to convey that the hearing for the divorce is closed, so we can only provide the agenda of the hearing," he said.

2. Rebuttal

Furthermore, the hearing for Bams and Mikhavita Wijaya will continue next Tuesday with a rebuttal agenda.

"E court knows the parties themselves, and today's event is a reply, and for the next hearing on Tuesday, June 22, it will be a rebuttal event via ecourt," he concluded.
