Not for Money, Apparently This is Pandji Pragiwaksono's Reason for Moving and Settling in New York

Kapanlagi.com - Pandji Pragiwaksono has decided to move and settle in New York, United States. Surely, everything including his career as a stand-up comedian has to start from scratch and of course this is not an easy thing to do.

When met in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta recently, Pandji Pragiwaksono said that he wants to focus on developing his career as a stand-up comedian in New York. Even because of this, Pandji admitted that he didn't really care about his income.

"If it's about money, it will come as I become a better stand-up comedian. So the focus is on how to become a good stand-up comedian first, if it's good, the money will come," said Pandji Pragiwaksono.

Pandji also explained why he wants to pursue a career as a stand-up comedian in New York because so far there has been no Indonesian comedian who has spread their wings there. Therefore, Pandji wants to be the first one.

"But my dream, or my target is because I just want to be a stand-up comedian in New York because there is no single comedian from Indonesia there," he said.

"I just want to start being the first comedian to have a career in New York. Hopefully, after me, there will be others too, that's it," he continued.

Furthermore, Pandji also shared how he managed to survive living in New York. He admitted that adapting to life in New York was a difficult task.

"Wow, because New York is such a big city, when people ask me, I always say that there are many things in New York that are better than Jakarta, and many things in New York that are far worse than Jakarta. So, the city is extreme, and the adaptation is also difficult," he concluded.
