Not Just About Septorhinoplasty Surgery, Rey Mbayang and Dinda Hauw Admit They Have Been Criticized Since the Beginning of Their Marriage

"We can't control people. The important thing is that I'm doing this for my comfort, for myself, and so on," said Rey when met in the Thamrin area, Central Jakarta, on Sunday (10/11/2024).

After the surgery, Rey admitted he feels much more comfortable and no longer experiences difficulty breathing as he did before. "Besides feeling comfortable, I no longer feel pain, my breathing is relieved," he stated.

Although mockery still exists, Rey sees it as a test that needs to be faced with patience. On the other hand, Dinda Hauw, his wife, also commented on the insults they often receive, even since the beginning of their marriage. As a celebrity couple, Dinda and Rey realize that public scrutiny often brings both positive and negative impacts on their lives.

"Maybe the lesson is this, we often get praised by people, so it’s okay sometimes to be treated this way by others so we don’t become arrogant," said Rey Mbayang. "Since the beginning of our marriage, we’ve already been mocked," replied Dinda Hauw.

Calmly, Rey and Dinda jointly choose to face the mockery as part of their journey as public figures.

"Since the beginning of our marriage, we’ve already faced insults, so it’s just life," they concluded together.
