Not Mentally Ready, Nia Daniaty's Child's Examination Postponed Until Next Week

Kapanlagi.com - Olivia Nathania, or commonly known as Oi, the child of Nia Daniaty, was scheduled to undergo an examination at the Jakarta Metro Police on Tuesday (5/10). She was supposed to be questioned regarding the alleged fraud case disguised as civil servant candidate recruitment (CPNS).

However, the summons had to be postponed until next week because Olivia Nathania has not prepared complete evidence related to the alleged CPNS fraud case. Therefore, Oi's legal representative, Susanti Agustina, requested the investigators to reschedule the summons for her client.

"Because she is not ready in terms of documentation and everything, because there are supporting evidence that Olivia has not prepared. So as her legal representative, we requested to the investigators, especially the director, to reschedule it, at the latest on Monday, October 11," said Susanti Agustina at the Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday (5/10).

Not only incomplete evidence, Susanti stated that her client is also not mentally ready to provide statements regarding the alleged fraud case. "Oi is not mentally ready, there are still missing documents," she said.

Because it had to be rescheduled, Susanti Agustina's arrival at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police only fulfilled the investigator's invitation and provided clarification regarding the reports from Agustin and Karnu. "The agenda was only the invitation and clarification regarding Agustin's report," she said.

Susanti said that they have prepared evidence related to the reports from Agustin. According to her, Agustin is not a victim of alleged fraud disguised as CPNS recruitment. However, Agustin is one of the people who collaborated with Oi.

"We have evidence regarding the reporter Agustin. She is not a victim but a collaborator. Like the collaboration between Oi and Agustin. Because many people were recruited for CPNS candidates, around 225, that's the information," said Susanti.

"Oi itself also doesn't know the exact number. Now, there is a difference between Olivia and Agustin's mother. That's what we want to clarify. And as the legal team, we are currently compiling whether what Olivia said is true or not," Susanti concluded.
