The marital status of Jennifer Dunn and Bobby Michael Reza is now being widely discussed after Jennifer Dunn filed for divorce from her husband on January 21, 2020, at the Cibinong Religious Court, Bogor, West Java.

"It is true that Jennifer (Dunn) has filed the case through her attorney. It was received by the Cibinong Religious Court on January 21 through e-Court, electronically," said Dede Supriadi, the clerk of the Cibinong Religious Court, Bogor, West Java when met at his office on Monday (16/3).

1. First Hearing Jennifer Dunn Absent

The first hearing has been held on February 26. However, Jennifer Dunn did not attend and was only represented by her lawyer. Meanwhile, the defendant also did not attend, so the hearing will be rescheduled for April 1.

"There will be a stage of evidence presentation, the evidence will be examined from A to Z, and then the decision will be whether the case is accepted or rejected. This is only the second hearing, the first hearing was on February 26, the plaintiff's representative was present, the defendant was absent, so we postponed it for a month until April 1," said Dede Supriadi.

2. Hearing with Mediation Agenda

If both parties can attend on April 1, the hearing will continue with a mediation agenda.

"If both parties attend, regardless of who attended the first or second hearing, there will definitely be mediation," he concluded.
