Now, Rezky's silence has yielded satisfying results. The Tangerang District Court rejected all of Wenny's claims. Because Wenny could not prove that Rezky Aditya is the biological father of Kekey and has abandoned them.

"Alhamdulillah all the claims were completely rejected and Rezky, alhamdulillah, was declared not to have committed any illegal acts because in fact, her claims were illegal. So we have proven in court that Rezky Aditya has never committed any illegal acts," said Ana.

According to Ana, although Rezky's reputation was tarnished by Wenny's accusations, she confirmed that Rezky Aditya will not take legal action to retaliate against Wenny.

"There is no need because as soon as we never stop, there is always trouble here and there. We want everything to be resolved peacefully, if there is a legal effort, we will face it with a legal effort," she said.

The Tangerang District Court has decided not to accept or reject the lawsuit of unlawful acts filed by Wenny Ariani. The lawsuit is addressed to actor Rezky Aditya regarding the acknowledgement of a child.

"The court decides to reject all claims and the plaintiff is required to pay court costs of Rp395 thousand," said the Panel of Judges, Thursday (3/2/2022).

Following the decision, Ana Sofa Yuking, SH, MH, as the legal representative of Rezky Aditya, expressed gratitude. She is relieved because her client has been declared not guilty of unlawful acts.

"Alhamdulillah, after a lengthy process, today the lawsuit against Rezky Aditya has been decided and Alhamdulillah all claims have been completely rejected and Rezky is declared not guilty of unlawful acts," said Ana after the trial.

With this verdict, Ana asserts that all allegations made by Wenny have not been proven. This includes the claim that Rezky is the biological father of Naira Kaemita Tarekat or Kekey.

"So, all claims made by the plaintiff have been rejected by the panel of judges," she said.
