Not Up to 12 Billion, Virgoun's Party Claims Alimony for Inara Rusli Only Reaches Tens of Millions

Kapanlagi.com - Virgoun's Legal Counsel, Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno alias Kriss, said that Inara Rusli's alimony claim of Rp 12 billion for the education of their children was rejected by the judges of the West Jakarta Religious Court.

“If it's 12 billion, 10 billion if I'm not mistaken for mut'ah, 2 billion for iddah, it was also rejected,” said Kiss when met at the South Jakarta Police, Friday (24/11/2023).

“You can see in the decision in the court's system that we didn't create something unreasonable, only tens of millions were approved,” he added.

1. Iddah Maintenance

Kirss denies the claim that iddah and muttah maintenance reach billions of rupiah. In fact, according to Kriss, the amount is not even in the hundreds of millions.

"Iddah is in the tens of millions, muttah is also in the tens of millions. Maintenance is also in the tens of millions. There is nothing big about it, if someone says it's in the billions, it's not true, it can be checked in the sipp, everyone can see it," said Kriss.

2. Filing an Appeal

Previously reported, Virgoun has filed an appeal after the panel of judges at the West Jakarta Religious Court granted Inara Rusli's divorce lawsuit on Friday, November 10, 2023.

"Today, November 24, 2023, if we count from Virgoun's verdict on November 10, 2023, the deadline for filing an appeal is 14 days," said Kriss.

"So today we have filed a legal appeal against the verdict, we submitted it to the higher court through the West Jakarta Religious Court, the case is now on appeal," concluded Kriss.
