Kapanlagi.com - Although having potential in the entertainment world, Ferry Maryadi and Deswita Maharani choose to limit their second child, Abay's, involvement in the entertainment. Both have their own reasons for taking that step.
"Children's soap operas have been offered several times, but I really can't allow it. I want Abay to mature first," said Deswita when met in the Jagakarsa area, South Jakarta, some time ago.
Abay himself shows interest in diving into the entertainment world. "I want to," Abay replied briefly when asked about his desire to shoot.
However, Deswita revealed that Abay is quite selective about offers. "Now he is smart, if invited to shoot, he will definitely ask first, am I getting paid?" she said while laughing.
For now, Abay is only allowed to appear as a guest star in children's shows. "As for professional ones, like soap operas or long shoots, it seems not yet. Maybe later when he is in high school, just like his sister, Lea," Deswita added.
