Kapanlagi.com - Artist Furry Setya denies divorcing Dwinda Ratna due to being in a slump and unemployed. The actor who plays Mas Pur in the soap opera TUKANG OJEK PENGKOLAN admits that he is still continuing his shooting schedule as usual.

"It's not true that I was in a slump and left when there was no work. Currently, I am still busy working and trusted by the TV station," said Furry when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, Monday (25/3/2024).

1. Last Year's Ramadan Not Working

Furry confirmed that last year's Ramadan, while still with Dwinda Ratna, he was not working. This is because a few months before Ramadan, the soap opera he starred in, TUKANG OJEK PENGKOLAN, had already ended. However, for this year's Ramadan, he continues to work as usual.

"Actually, last year's Ramadan, I wasn't working, I was in a soap opera that had wrapped up a few months before Ramadan and I was still with my wife," he explained.

2. Reasons for Not Being Involved in Tukang Ojek Pengkolan

This 40-year-old artist also dismissed netizens' assumptions on social media that he no longer participates in the soap opera Tukang Ojek Pengkolan because of issues with his wife. Furry admitted that he is no longer involved in the soap opera TUKANG OJEK PENGKOLAN because he wants to develop his career in the entertainment industry.

"So it's not true that I was left behind when there was no work, it's just speculation and comments from netizens. The reason why I didn't continue was not because of issues with my wife, it was my choice because I wanted to challenge myself and further develop my career in a wider entertainment industry," said Furry.

3. There is a New Film Premiere in August

Furry said that for now he is focused on feature films. This is done to further develop his career in the entertainment industry.

"It's not true that I'm in a slump, right now I'm still shooting my film premiere in August, so I'm also a guest star. I'm progressing," he said.

"So I got a feature film after finishing the soap opera. When there were offers for films, I took the main supporting role. Yes, I enjoyed it there. For now, I don't want to do soap operas again, I don't know about the future," he concluded.
