"This is reflected in the fact that the husband and wife no longer share a room, no longer have marital relations for the past few years," said Riri Purbasari, Ririn Dwi Aryanti's lawyer after the trial on Thursday (30/12).

Unfortunately, Riri did not mention in detail how many years exactly Ririn and Aldi Bragi have not slept in the same room. What is certain is that there are several problems that caused Aldi and Ririn to decide to separate.

"There were disputes that led to arguments. One of them is about finances, not Aldi's financial condition, but how it is managed," he said.

Therefore, they finally decided to end their 11-year-old marriage and having been blessed with 3 children.

2. Divorce Request Granted

The divorce trial between Ririn Dwi Aryanti and Aldi Bragi finally reached the final stage. The mother of three children officially became a widow after the judge decided to annul their marriage that had been established since July 11, 2010.

"Alhamdulillah, we have reached the end of the trial that has been going fast and smoothly. In this reading of the verdict, the evidence was accepted by the panel of judges and our request was granted," said Riri Purbasari, Ririn Dwi Aryanti's lawyer after the trial, on Thursday (30/12).

3. Continuous Disputes

It was also revealed in the trial why their marriage could not be saved. Despite having built their household for 11 years.

"So this divorce is caused by continuous disputes that led to arguments, there is no hope of living in harmony as husband and wife," he said.

4. Still Waiting

Now, Ririn Dwi Aryanti's side is waiting for Aldi Bragi's decision, whether he will accept the verdict or file an appeal.

"We still don't know whether the other party (Aldi Bragi) will appeal or accept," he concluded.

5. Child Custody

Regarding the custody of children, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti agrees to give it to Aldi Bragi. However, for custody matters, their three children will stay with Ririn because they are still under 12 years old.

Andriansyah Tiwarman, Ririn Dwi Aryanti's other lawyer, emphasized that in the law it is clearly stated that children under the age of 12 should stay with their mother if the parents divorce.

"However, regarding custody, we must understand the law in our country, the custody and care rights are clearly regulated in the compilation of Islamic law, children under 12 years old are under the custody of the mother," he concluded.
