"After examination and determination as a suspect, we have decided to detain him this afternoon. The detention letter has been issued," he said.
The detention of Rizky Billar is done to have a deterrent effect. Regarding the duration of the detention itself, it will be carried out for the next twenty days.
"This afternoon, the detention was carried out immediately. Detention has certain considerations, one of which is to prevent the suspect from repeating the same actions towards the victim," added Zulpan.
