Official! Na Daehoon Files for Divorce from Julia Prastini at the South Jakarta Religious Court

He added that because registration was only done in the afternoon, the scheduling of the hearing and the panel of judges is likely to be announced the following day.

Abid explained that the lawsuit falls under the category of divorce talaq, meaning that the husband, in this case Na Daehoon, is the petitioner to pronounce the talaq declaration against his wife, Julia Prastini.

"Well, that is the information I received, today the case has been filed, the type of case is divorce talaq. It is the man or husband who is suing or requesting permission to declare talaq," he emphasized.

The registration process is conducted via e-court, as per the legal procedures currently applicable in the Religious Court. When asked if there were any additional claims regarding property or child custody, Abid could not provide further explanation.

"Oh, that's not it yet, eh no, it can't be. So maybe tomorrow we'll get information for the panel. Yes, that's something forbidden to answer first," he said. 

He emphasized that all details of the case will only be fully known after the panel of judges is established and the hearing schedule is released.

Furthermore, Abid explained that in the first hearing, usually both parties are not present in person. "Yes, the first hearing is usually normal, if both are present, they are mediated. If they are not present, they will be ordered to attend. And both are using lawyers, right? Well, both are using lawyers. So usually in the first hearing, it's just the lawyers who attend. Well, on average, the second hearing usually," explained Abid.

Although it is still in the early stages, this divorce case has immediately caught public attention. Na Daehoon is known as a public figure from South Korea who has had a long career in Indonesia, while Julia Prastini, or Jule, is also a public figure active in the entertainment and social media world.

The registration of this divorce marks a new chapter in their household relationship, which has always seemed harmonious in front of the public.

With the case just entering, the public is now waiting to see when the first hearing for Na Daehoon and Julia Prastini will be held and whether both will attend in person to undergo the mediation process. According to procedure, the hearing schedule will be announced after the panel of judges' decision is released in the near future.
