Kapanlagi.com - Tyas Mirasih's marriage to Raiden Soedjono has finally ended after the judge of the Jakarta Religious Court decided to dissolve their marriage in absentia. In the decision, the judge also granted Tyas Mirasih's rights to the Gono Gini assets.

"(The Gono Gini assets) are included in the decision. Yes, in accordance with the request and handed over to Tyas. So it's in accordance with what was granted by the judge," said Bernard Pasaribu, Raiden's legal representative after the trial on Monday (20/9).

However, the Gono Gini assets have also been agreed upon by Tyas and Raiden. Tyas has also received the assets.

"Yes, it's in accordance with their agreement. And the items have also been handed over to Tyas," he said.

Unfortunately, Bernard does not want to mention in detail what assets they shared during their marriage. This is because it is not within his authority as a lawyer.

"As our client has stated, they have a private household relationship. So we respect their privacy," he concluded.

As is known, Tyas Mirasih and Raiden Soedjono were married in 2017. After 4 years of marriage, Raiden filed for divorce from Tyas Mirasih at the South Jakarta Religious Court on August 3, online.

Both of them were supposed to be brought together in a mediation hearing. However, neither Tyas nor Raiden attended the trial.
