Often Praised for Her Multitalent, Prilly Latuconsina Reveals She Often Hides Sadness in Public

"As a public figure, I can’t possibly post if I’m tired," said Prilly as quoted by Kompascom, on Thursday (19/9/2024).

2. Many Emotions That Are Difficult to Describe

Although in front of the camera she can act well, behind the scenes, she experiences many emotions that are hard to express. Prilly revealed that since she was a child, she has indeed been raised to always be tough.

"And because I am the first child in the family, I feel like my upbringing is quite strict compared to my younger sibling. I am not used to expressing what I feel," explained Prilly Latuconsina.

3. Never Crying in Front of Parents

As the first child of two siblings, Prilly feels pressure not to show weakness. She admits that she prefers to keep her emotions to herself and often cries when she is alone. This makes her not want to be seen as weak in front of her parents.

"Even in front of my parents, I have never deep talked until I cried. Whenever I discuss things with my parents, it's just normal, never to the point where I show that I'm sensitive or anything like that," said the 27-year-old actress.

4. Making YouTube Content with Dad

Recently, Prilly created a social experiment content on the YouTube channel Sinemaku Pictures. In the video, Prilly and her Dad express their feelings to each other.

Seeing this father and child shedding tears, not only the netizens watching were touched, but Prilly's mom was also quite shocked.

"Mom, I’m still crying now after knowing (my feelings)," said Prilly Latuconsina.
