Olivia Nathania, Nia Daniaty's Daughter, Declared as a Suspect in the Bogus Civil Servant Acceptance Case

Kapanlagi.com - The Jakarta Metro Police have designated Nia Daniaty's daughter, Olivia Nathania, as a suspect in the case of receiving fake CPNS. Today, the woman who is familiarly called Oi undergoes further examination with a new status.

Olivia Nathania's lawyer, Susanti Agustina, said her client does not feel guilty in the case. Susanti said Olivia Nathania did not act alone in recruiting the fake CPNS victims, she revealed that Oi was assisted by Karnu and Agustin, the people who reported her to the police.

"As for feeling guilty, it does not exist at the moment," said Susanti Agustina to journalists at the Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday (11/11).

"She said she was not alone, and this was done together. Together with Karnu and also Mrs. Agustin. So, the person who reported it actually has the same involvement," she continued.

Therefore, in this examination as a suspect, Olivia Nathania's side submitted evidence of Agustin's involvement in the case. The evidence comes from conversation history to evidence of funds received from fictitious CPNS transactions.

"We have submitted to the investigator that Mrs. Agustin also received money from transfers from Oi," she said.

However, Susanti did not disclose the amount of funds received by Agustin in fictitious CPNS transactions. But she ensured that there was a profit-sharing done by her client and Agustin.

"It seems like this issue is like MLM. So she brings, she benefits, like that," she added.
