Kapanlagi.com - Olivia Nathania, Nia Daniaty's daughter, also known as Oi, spoke out about the alleged fraud case involving the selection process for Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) through achievement pathway. Previously, Oi and her husband, Rafly N Tilaar or Raf, were reported by a man named Karnu to the Jakarta Metropolitan Police on Friday, September 24, 2021.
Oi and her husband were accused of fraud in the CPNS acceptance process, with an alleged 225 victims and losses amounting to Rp 9.7 billion. Oi stated that a woman named Agustin, who previously claimed to be a victim of the alleged fraud, was not actually a victim.
"First of all, I want to clarify that Mrs. Agustin is actually not a victim, but she was the one who recruited those people. Because I have never met the people she mentioned in person," said Olivia in the Cilandak area, South Jakarta, on Thursday (30/9/2021).
Not only Agustin, but also the person who reported Oi to the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Karnu, was not a victim of the alleged fraud. Oi stated that Karnu's role was similar to Agustin's.
"Regarding Mr. Karnu, the reporter, I also have to mention that he is not a victim, but he was the one who invited as well. There is evidence of transfers here, one of them is Rp 20 million," said Oi.

What needs to be clarified is that Oi did not open CPNS registration. However, he only opened tutoring for those who wanted to take the CPNS test. In fact, he has already provided a place and also instructors.
"But, let me clarify here, I do organize tutoring for entering CPNS. We can talk about the tutoring, it can be checked later, the place is available, the instructors are available, and indeed I accept people from there for Rp 25 million per person," he said.
"But, with that Rp 25 million, what is it used for? It's reasonable for me to profit from it, from that Rp 25 million. However, this Rp 25 million is only used for tutoring, for instructors, for rent, and so on," added Oi.
Oi revealed that what he was talking about regarding the alleged fraud case in the CPNS achievement path is completely in accordance with the evidence. Moreover, he also has several pieces of evidence related to the case.
"If here, what I can convey is, I want to discuss based on evidence only, not talk and go off on tangents. So, the essence is that what is conveyed is different from the reality. For example, it is said that I did not accept Rp 1000 perak, but here there are bank transfers," Oi concluded.
