The land was seized by Bareskrim Polri who arrived at the location at around 1:15 PM and immediately placed a seal. It can be seen that the land is currently in the process of building a house, although it is still in the initial foundation stage.

2. 7.8 Billion

Indra Kenz bought the land in his name from 2020 to 2021. The size of the land was not disclosed, but the purchase price amounted to 7.8 billion rupiah. "This is an empty land bought for 7.8 billion rupiah and then there was development," said Kanit 5 Subdit II Perbankan Ditipideksus Bareskrim Polri Kompol Karta during the sealing process on Friday (18/3/2022) as reported by Matamata.com.

3. Seized Nearly 50 Billion

The police are still tracing Indra Kenz's assets. Previously, there were two lands in the Deli Serdang area, North Sumatra. Another is a house in the East Medan area, North Sumatra, worth almost 50 billion rupiah. "(The total value of the seized buildings) is almost 50 billion rupiah. We are still tracing others," said Kompol Karta.
