Pandji Pragiwaksono Reveals the Reason for Still Holding a Stand Up Comedy Show Titled Komoidoumenoi Tour Amid the Pandemic

Kapanlagi.com - Pandji Pragiwaksono will still hold a new Stand Up Comedy show titled Komoidoumenoi. The 41-year-old man said that the idea for this event originated from his dissatisfaction as a comedian.

"Komoidoumenoi was born from my dissatisfaction with offenses. Over time, there are always comedians who offend society. Yes, if it's just comedians, sometimes ordinary people also offend other people," said Pandji, in a virtual press conference on Wednesday (19/8).

In addition, according to Pandji, comedians often become targets of offended parties. Including himself, who recently became the talk of the town for joking about cats in his material.

"I also become a target of many people's offenses. In this case, cats, later about marijuana regulation, later there's the issue of cigarette wrappers. It's really lively. Every year, I always have something," said Pandji.

2. Held in November

The Komoidoumenoi event is planned to be held starting from November 2020 with a tour to seven cities, namely Makassar, Denpasar, Balikpapan, Palu, Yogyakarta, Banda Aceh, Jakarta. In Jakarta, as the closing, Komoidoumenoi will be held at Istora Senayan.

To implement health protocols during the pandemic, Komoidoumenoi is collaborating with Qlue Smart City and BEM FKM Universitas Indonesia. Ticket sales have been opened on June 20th and within less than a minute, 3,300 tickets were sold out.
